Super Star Car Wash is seeking a Shift Manager to lead daily operations and drive guest satisfaction at our Phoenix location. As Manager-on-Duty, you’ll oversee staffing, safety, and service standards while coaching and developing team members.

You will model brand values, resolve issues, and ensure consistent operations across shifts. Requirements include 18+ years old, a high school diploma or GED, and 1 year of supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Retail, hospitality, or car wash experience desired.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, make decisions, and drive results.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily shift operations, including staffing, safety, and service standards.
• Act as Manager-on-Duty, resolving guest and team issues with discretion.
• Ensure smooth shift transitions and maintain operational readiness.
• Provide shoulder-to-shoulder coaching and develop team members.
• Uphold safety and brand standards, identify risks, and enforce policies.
• Rotate through People, Sales, and Operations leadership focus areas.
