Super Star Car Wash is seeking a Shift Manager to lead daily operations across our Arizona sites. As Manager-on-Duty, you will drive staffing, service quality, safety, and guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

You will coach teammates, ensure training adherence, and promote a culture of accountability and engagement. This role offers growth into higher-level operations within a growing, people-first organization.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or GED.
• 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience required.
• Retail, hospitality or car wash background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily shift operations including staffing, safety, and service execution.
• Act as Manager-on-Duty to resolve guest and team issues with discretion.
• Coach and develop team members and ensure training compliance.
• Uphold safety, brand standards, and proper lot and equipment maintenance.
