Job summary

Super Star Car Wash is seeking a Shift Manager to lead daily operations, coach teams, and uphold safety and brand standards. You will act as Manager-on-Duty, drive service excellence, and manage staffing, training, and guest satisfaction on busy shifts.

You’ll rotate through leadership focus areas, including People, Sales, and Operations, while collaborating with a supportive leadership team and benefiting from a clear career path in operations.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience required.
• Retail, hospitality, or car wash experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, make decisions, and drive results.
• High integrity and professionalism.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to motivate, coach, and hold others accountable.
• Comfort working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Energy, adaptability, and a hands-on leadership style.

Responsibilities

• Own daily shift execution, including staffing, safety, and service standards.
• Serve as Manager-on-Duty, resolving guest and team issues with confidence and discretion.
• Ensure smooth shift transitions through clear communication and follow-through.
• Execute opening and closing procedures and maintain operational readiness.
• Lead, coach, and hold team members accountable to operational standards.
• Provide shoulder to shoulder coaching and celebrate and recognize team members.
• Support training completion and promote a culture of engagement and accountability.
• Model company values and enforce policies and procedures.
• Proactively identify safety risks and address issues immediately.
• Ensure consistent execution of brand and cleanliness standards.
• Rotational leadership focus areas across People, Sales, and Operations.
