Super Star Car Wash is seeking a Shift Manager/Manager-on-Duty to lead daily operations at our Apache Junction location. You will manage staffing, safety, and service standards while ensuring smooth shift transitions and outstanding guest experiences.

This role focuses on developing people and advancing into broader operations leadership. The ideal candidate has supervisory experience in retail, hospitality, or car wash environments, strong communication skills, and a hands-on leadership style.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience
• Retail, hospitality, or car wash experience preferred
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, make decisions, and drive results

Responsibilities

• Lead daily shift execution including staffing, safety, and service standards
• Serve as Manager-on-Duty, resolving guest and team issues with discretion
• Ensure smooth shift transitions through clear communication and follow-through
• Maintain operational readiness with opening and closing procedures
• Coach and develop team members, provide shoulder-to-shoulder coaching
• Uphold safety and brand standards and address risks immediately
• Lead rotational focus areas in people, sales, and operations
