Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Retail, hospitality, or car wash experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, make decisions, and drive results.
• High integrity and professionalism.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to motivate, coach, and hold others accountable.
• Comfort working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Energy, adaptability, and a hands-on leadership style.

Responsibilities

• Lead Operations: Own daily shift execution including staffing, safety, and service standards.
• Coach and Develop Teams: Provide shoulder-to-shoulder coaching, recognize performance, and drive engagement.
• Uphold Safety & Brand Standards: Enforce policies, address safety risks, and ensure cleanliness.
• Rotational Leadership Focus Areas: People & Staffing, Sales & Training, Operations & Tunnel leadership.
