Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience required.
• Retail, hospitality, or car wash experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, make decisions, and drive results.
• High integrity and professionalism.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to motivate, coach, and hold others accountable.
• Comfort working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Energy, adaptability, and a hands-on leadership style.

Responsibilities

• Lead Operations: Own daily shift execution, including staffing, business flow, safety, and service standards.
• Coach and Develop Teams: Lead, coach, and hold team members accountable to operational standards; provide shoulder-to-shoulder coaching and recognize performance; support training completion.
• Uphold Safety & Brand Standards: Model values, enforce policies, address safety risks, ensure brand and cleanliness standards.
• Rotational Leadership Focus Areas: Rotate through People & Staffing, Sales & Training, and Operations & Tunnel leadership to support leadership development.
