Andy's Frozen Custard is seeking a Shift Manager to guide daily store operations, coach crew, and model our standards. You will direct custard production, customer service, and safety compliance while ensuring quality and timely service. Candidates should have at least 6 months of management experience and be able to work late hours and weekends.

You will lead shifts as a key holder, train new staff, monitor KPIs, and uphold Andy's policies and culture across high-volume periods.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of management experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsabilités

• Maintain correct inventory levels per shift and ensure quality custard production.
• Prepare custard/food items to Andy's standards of quality and timeliness.
• Complete designated Food Safety and Training programs.
• Drive KPIs to increase sales and transactions.
• Stay calm during high volume periods to keep operations on standard.
• Assist with training and development of new employees on shift.
• Provide clear, timely, respectful feedback to crew and managers.
• As a key holder, execute opening/closing duties and store operations.
• Lead the store in the GM/AGM absence and reinforce policies.
• Follow Andy's operational policies and dress code.
• Deliver legendary customer service with a customer-first attitude.
• Use tools to maximize efficiency; monitor costs and labor.
• Maintain all health and safety regulations.
