Qualifications

• 6+ months of proven management experience in the food service industry or a leadership role in a related industry.
• Extremely hands-on position; ability to work all shifts up front with guests and staff.
• Friendly, enthusiastic and high-energy attitude with leadership by example.

Responsibilities

• Ensure each shift runs smoothly and meet high standards of operation.
• Lead training for new associates and coach team performance.
