Job summary

Andy's Frozen Custard in Lakeland, FL is seeking a hardworking Shift Manager to ensure each shift runs smoothly. You will lead front-of-house operations, train new associates, and model composure while delivering top-tier service and high-quality custard.

This hands-on role requires 6+ months of management experience in food service, full-time availability including late nights and weekends, and a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years of age and have 6+ months of proven management experience in the food service industry or a related leadership role.
• This is a highly hands-on position; you must be able to work all shifts up front and lead by example.
• Must be friendly, enthusiastic, and energetic with a strong work ethic.
• Must lead by example and uphold high standards of operation in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
• Must be able to work full-time with open availability including late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Solid employment track record with positive references.

Responsibilities

• Run a smoothly operating shift and supervise front-of-house activities.
• Lead training for new associates to ensure consistent service quality.
