Job summary

Shake Shack Enterprises, LLC in Brick Township, NJ is seeking a Restaurant Shift Leader to manage service flow and direct team members on a shift, ensuring safety, cleanliness, quality and speed. Food Safety Certification according to local jurisdiction.
Strong problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

Manage the flow of service and direct the work of team members on a shift to ensure the highest levels of safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed.
Help build and lead high performing team of hourly Team Members.
May assist with operational support functions (i.e. Purchasing, Receiving, Inventory, etc.)
