Job summary

Shake Shack Enterprises, LLC is seeking an implementation-focused shift supervisor to lead a fast-paced restaurant team on-site in Pittsburgh, PA. You will ensure safe, clean, high-quality service and drive speed and guest satisfaction through effective supervision of hourly Team Members.

Key responsibilities include interviewing and developing staff, coordinating daily operations, and supporting purchasing and inventory tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of restaurant leadership supervising a team.
• Food Safety Certification according to local jurisdiction.
• Strong problem solving skills.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Manage the flow of service and direct the work of team members on a shift to ensure the highest levels of safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed.
• Help build and lead high performing team of hourly Team Members.
• May assist with operational support functions (i.e. Purchasing, Receiving, Inventory, etc.).
• Participates in applicant interviews and assists with employee relations.
