RaceTrac is seeking a hands-on Shift Manager to lead a fast-paced store team and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will oversee daily operations, coach team members, and ensure food safety and cleanliness standards are met on every shift.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of work experience in retail, restaurant, or food service preferred.
• 1+ years of leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Comfort in fast-paced, high-volume, guest-focused environments.
• Ability to follow through on tasks and coach others to do the same.
• Strong communication and team-building skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead a winning team on your shift and set a cheerful, can-do tone.
• Provide clear direction and support with food service, stocking, cleaning, or cash handling.
• Coach team members in real time and give guidance during every shift.
• Address guest concerns with empathy and professionalism as needed.
• Train and guide the team to meet guest service, food safety, and cleanliness standards.
• Oversee inventory, cash wrap, and compliance documentation on designated shifts.
