Qualifications

• 2–3 years of work experience in retail, restaurant, or food service
• 1+ years of leadership or supervisory experience
• Strong communication and team-building skills

Responsabilités

• Greet guests and teammates with a smile and respond promptly to directions
• Lead a shift by providing clear direction and assisting with food service, stocking, cleaning, or cash handling
• Coach team members in real time and address guest concerns professionally
• Train to meet guest service, food safety, and cleanliness standards
• Oversee inventory, cash wrap, and store processes during shifts
