RaceTrac is seeking a Shift Manager to lead a fast-paced store team and drive guest satisfaction on every shift. You’ll coach associates, manage food service, stocking, and cash handling, and ensure adherence to safety and cleanliness standards.

You’ll play a key role in scheduling, performance coaching, and problem solving, while supporting store operations and growth opportunities across divisions. Join a people-first environment that values leadership and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of work experience (retail, restaurant, or food service preferred).
• 1+ years of leadership or supervisory experience (preferred).
• Comfort in fast-paced, high-volume, guest-focused environments.
• Ability to follow through on tasks and coach others to do the same.
• Strong communication and team building skills.
• High School Diploma or GED (in progress or completed).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks.

• Oversee inventory, vendor check-in, and promotional communication.
• Lead shift change communication and ensure team alignment throughout the day.
