RaceTrac is seeking a hands-on Shift Manager to lead a winning team on a fast-paced shift. You’ll set a cheerful tone, coach teammates in real time, and ensure food service, stocking, cleaning, and cash handling run smoothly while upholding RaceTrac standards.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in retail/food service with 1+ year leadership experience, strong communication, teamwork, and a guest-focused mindset to drive excellent guest service daily.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of work experience (retail, restaurant, or food service preferred).
• 1+ years of leadership or supervisory experience (preferred).
• Comfort in fast-paced, high-volume, guest-focused environments.
• Ability to follow through on tasks and coach others.

Responsibilities

• Lead a Winning Team on Your Shift.
• Provide clear direction and assist with food service, stocking, cleaning, or cash handling.
• Coach team members in real-time, offering guidance and support during every shift.
• Address guest concerns with empathy and professionalism, escalating when necessary.
• Train and guide your team to meet guest service, food safety, and cleanliness standards.
• Oversee inventory, cash wrap, write-offs, and compliance documentation.
