Qualifications

• 1–3+ years customer service experience.
• Must have or be able to obtain local/state Food Handler and Alcohol Server permits.
• Passion for hospitality and proven world-class service.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and enthusiastically as they enter.
• Manage party sizes, reservations, and wait lists to maintain flow.
• Escort guests to tables and share pertinent information to enhance their experience.
• Answer the telephone and respond to inquiries.
• Assist with takeout orders, ensuring timeliness and accuracy.
• Thank guests and solicit feedback on their visit.
• Resolve guest concerns with urgency and professionalism.
• Complete opening/closing duties and stock the service area.
• Verify guest identifications for alcohol service; follow safety procedures.

Duties

• Greet guests warmly and enthusiasticallyimmediatelyas they enter the restaurant.
• Manage party sizes, reservations, and wait lists to handle guest needs, accurately quote wait times, andmaintainthe flow of the restaurant.
• Escort guests to their table. Engage them in conversation, explain our online menu accessibility, and pass along any pertinent information that may enhance their experience to their server.
• Answer the telephone in a pleasant manner and respond appropriately to all inquiries.
• Assistwith handling takeout orders. Ensure timeliness, accuracy, organization, and payment.
• Thank guests for visiting as theydepartthe restaurant and inquire about their experience.
• Resolve guest complaints with a sense of urgency, poise, and good judgment.It’sYour Business.
• Complete any assigned opening, side work, and closing duties to set your team up for success. Stock, clean, and organize the guest service stand.
• Reinforce guest identification requirements and age restrictions for alcohol salesin accordance withstate law.
• Follow all food and alcohol service and handling safety precautions and procedures.

Basic Qualifications

• 1-3+ years customer serviceexperience(If you have high potential but less experience, we still want to meet you!).
• Must have or be able to obtain valid local and/or state Food Handler and Alcohol Server/Seller permits.
• Possess a passion for hospitality and a proventrack recordof creating world-class hospitality experiences.
• Thrive in adynamic,fast-paced work environment.
• Be able towalk andstand for prolonged periods of time; frequent bending, reaching, and stretching; repetitive manual tasks;and liftand carryup to50lbs.
