Job summary

JOEY Restaurants in Dallas, TX is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead a multi-million-dollar operation and develop a high-performing team. You will attract, retain, and coach staff while driving quarterly planning and upholding standards in food, profit, environment, and guest experience.

Qualifications

• 1-3+ years leadership experience.
• Must have or be able to obtain valid local and/or state Food Handler and Alcohol Server/Seller permits.
• Possess a passion for hospitality and a proven track record of creating world-class hospitality experiences.
• Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
• Be able to walk and stand for prolonged periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Duties

Basic Qualifications

• 1-3 + years leadership experience(If you have high potential but less experience, we still want to meet you!).
• Must have or be able to obtain valid local and/or state Food Handler and Alcohol Server/Seller permits.
• Possess a passion for hospitality and a proventrack recordof creating world-class hospitality experiences.

• Be able towalk andstand for prolonged periods of time; frequent bending, reaching, and stretching; repetitive manual tasks;and liftand carryup to50lbs.
