McDonald's Restaurants Limited is seeking a Shift Manager in Training in North Olmsted, OH. Ideal candidates have prior management experience in quick service, hospitality, or retail and are 18+ for this position.

You will lead crew and other managers on shifts to ensure a fast, accurate, and friendly guest experience, while upholding McDonald's standards for quality, service and cleanliness. This role offers leadership development and a clear path for advancement.

This position is for a Shift Manager in Training. Ideal candidates should have previous Manager experience. A background in quick service restaurants is strongly desired, or experience in hospitality or retail. You must be 18 years or older for this position.

Managers lead shifts every week, making sure customers get a fast, accurate, friendly experience every visit. A Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure great Quality, Service and Cleanliness to customers.

Shift Managers perform a variety of tasks, which include but are not limited to:

• Planning for each shift,

This role is vital to the operations within the restaurant because

• Lead the experience: Oversee and lead crew and other managers on your shift
