McDonald’s Restaurants Limited is seeking a Shift Manager in Training for the overnight shift. Ideal candidates have prior management experience in fast food, hospitality, or retail, and must be 18 or older. If you lack Shift Leader experience, consider applying for Maintenance or Crew roles.

This position is for a Shift Manager in Training on the OVERNIGHT SHIFT. Ideal candidates should have previous Manager experience. A background in quick service restaurants is strongly desired, or experience in hospitality or retail. You must be 18 years or older for this position.

Managers lead shifts every week, making sure customers get a fast, accurate, friendly experience every visit. A Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure great Quality, Service and Cleanliness to customers.

Shift Managers perform a variety of tasks, which include but are

This role is vital to the operations within the restaurant because

you’ll:

• Lead the experience: Oversee and lead crew and other managers on your shift
• Inspire and Empower: Provide encouraging leadership for crew and managers to provide an outstanding guest experience
• Understand that teamwork is key: Supervise and lead food safety and cleanliness measures to meet McDonald’s standards
• Take action first: Take measures around safety, security, inventory, and profitability
