Job summary

McDonald’s Reynoldsburg is seeking a dynamic Shift Manager to coordinate daily operations and lead a fast-paced team. You’ll oversee crew scheduling, monitor service quality, and ensure guest satisfaction during all shifts.

You’ll train staff, uphold food safety standards, control inventory, and drive profitability while delivering a welcoming experience. Strong communication and leadership are essential in this role.
