Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take orders accurately.
• Prepare and package food and drinks to restaurant standards.
• Operate cash registers and process payments.
• Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant and restrooms.
• Coach and develop team members during shifts.
• Assist with scheduling and staffing to meet targets.
• Monitor speed of service and address bottlenecks.
• Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and payroll procedures.
• Support RGM with time-keeping and payroll processes.
