Checkers & Rally’s is seeking a Shift Manager in Kentucky to support the General Manager by running successful shifts, promoting guest satisfaction and achieving sales goals. You will train team members, enforce policies, and help maintain a safe, clean, and energetic dining environment for guests and staff.

The role requires 1-2 years of restaurant management experience, the ability to work flexible hours, and a high-energy approach to a fast-paced setting.

Responsabilités

• Assist the General Manager in managing successful shifts and achieving sales and profits goals.
• Escalate concerns or recommendations to the General Manager.
• Train team members on company operations, policies, procedures and guest service.
• Identify and respond to complaints and policy violations.
• Help ensure the restaurant is safe, clean, and enjoyable for employees and guests.
