Job summary

Checkers & Rally’s is seeking a Shift Manager to support the General Manager by leading successful shifts, driving sales and profits, and ensuring outstanding Guest and Team service. You will help ensure policy adherence, train Team Members, and maintain a safe, clean, and energetic dining environment.

The role requires 1–2 years of QSR management experience, ability to work flexible hours, and high energy to thrive in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years restaurant management experience, preferably in Quick Service Restaurants (QSR).
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to work flexible schedule and extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Build sales and profits by promoting Guest satisfaction and managing restaurant operations.
• Escalate concerns or recommendations to the General Manager.
• Train Team Members on Company operations, policies and procedures and Guest service.
• Identify and respond to complaints and policy and procedures violations.
