Checkers & Rally’s is seeking a Shift Manager in Kentucky to support the General Manager by overseeing daily restaurant operations, driving sales, and ensuring guest satisfaction. You will lead shifts, coach team members, and uphold company policies in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

Responsibilities include training staff, addressing guest concerns, and maintaining a safe, clean restaurant. Excellent customer service and basic math skills are required, with 1–2 years of QSR management

Qualifications

1-2 years restaurant management experience preferred.
Basic math skills necessary.
Ability to work flexible schedule and extended hours.
High energy to keep up with a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

Build sales and profits by promoting guest satisfaction and managing restaurant operations.
Escalate concerns or recommendations with the restaurant, employees or guests to the General Manager.
Ensure policy and procedures are followed on shifts.
Train team members on company operations, policies and guest service.
Identify and respond to complaints and violations of policies and procedures.
Help ensure the restaurant is a safe, clean, and fun environment for employees and guests.
