Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Food Safety Certified.
• 1–2 years restaurant management experience in QSR preferred.
• Basic math skills.
• Strong interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager with executing the restaurant plan to achieve sales and profits.
• Promote Guest satisfaction and manage restaurant operations.
• Interview and hire Team Members; train on policies and procedures.
• Provide coaching and feedback to Team Members; maintain safe, clean, and fun environment.
