With 1-2 years of restaurant management experience and a high-energy, flexible approach, you will promote a safe, clean, and welcoming environment while upholding our core values of integrity, service, excellence, and bold growth.

Qualifikationen

• 1-2 years restaurant management experience (QSR preferred)
• Basic math skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule and extended hours

• Build sales and profits by promoting guest satisfaction and managing restaurant operations
• Escalate concerns or recommendations to the General Manager
• Train team members on company operations, policies and guest service
• Identify and respond to complaints and policy violations
• Help ensure the restaurant is safe, clean and enjoyable for employees and guests
