You will participate in interviewing, support operational duties like purchasing and inventory, and contribute to a positive, guest-focused environment with weekly pay and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of restaurant leadership supervising a team.
• Food Safety Certification according to local jurisdiction.
• Strong problem solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Manage the flow of service and direct the work of team members on a shift to ensure safety, cleanliness, quality and speed.
• Help build and lead high performing team of hourly Team Members.
• May assist with operational support functions (i.e. Purchasing, Receiving, Inventory, etc.).
• Participates in applicant interviews and assists with employee relations.
