Job summary

Shake Shack is seeking a restaurant leadership professional in Woburn, MA to supervise shifts, ensure top service, safety, cleanliness, and quality. You will lead hourly Team Members and support operational tasks such as purchasing and inventory, while participating in interviews and staff relations.

Ideal candidates bring at least 1 year of leadership experience, a Food Safety Certificate, strong problem solving, and excellent written and verbal communication.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of restaurant leadership supervising a team.
• Food Safety Certification per local jurisdiction.
• Strong problem solving skills.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Manage flow of service and direct work of team on a shift to ensure safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed.
• Help build and lead high performing team of hourly Team Members.
• Assist with operational support functions (Purchasing, Receiving, Inventory, etc.).
• Participates in applicant interviews and assists with employee relations.
