Job summary

Bally’s Chicago is seeking an experienced Table Games Manager to lead the table games department on-site in Chicago, IL. You will oversee staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and uphold Bally’s guest-centric service standards in a fast-paced casino environment.

The role requires strong leadership, budgeting and scheduling experience, and a commitment to maintaining an entertaining yet compliant operation that delivers exceptional guest experiences daily.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license issued by the Illinois Gaming Board.
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have knowledge of all casino game rules.
• Must have knowledge of all applicable gaming regulations.
• Two to three years of casino management experience required.
• Strong organizational, planning, supervisory skills are required.
• Requires above-average math skills.
• Experience with scheduling and budget in a casino environment.
• Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must be able to work weekends, weeknights, and holidays.
