Subway is seeking a Shift Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, ensure brand standards, and drive profitability across peak shifts. You will supervise opening, mid, or closing shifts, mentor Team Members, and uphold food safety and cash controls.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) experience required, including at least 1 year in a leadership/supervisory role.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise store operations during opening, mid, or closing shifts, ensuring food prep and restaurant cleanliness targets are completed on schedule.
• Lead by example on the line during peak rush periods, guiding staff on speed of service, proper portioning, and active upselling.
• Oversee cash management, register drawer counts, safe drops, and POS shift reconciliation.
• Monitor product quality and inventory usage to control food costs and minimize waste.
• Coach and train new Team Members on brand procedures, safety protocols, and guest engagement standards.
