Subway is seeking a Shift Manager to lead daily operations, ensuring guest satisfaction and high food quality. You will supervise staff, manage inventory and scheduling, and keep the restaurant clean and functional. Training Sandwich Artists and handling POS tasks are also part of the role.

The position offers Full Time/Part Time shifts (day/evening/weekends) and compensation to be discussed at location. Strong teamwork and reliability are essential.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a restaurant environment.

Responsabilidades

• Communicate and organize effectively on shift.
• Cascade training to Sandwich Artists on responsibilities.
• Schedule and supervise staff.
• Practice inventory control standards.
