Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Quick Service Restaurant (QSR)
• At least 1 year in a leadership/supervisory role
• High school diploma or GED required
• ServSafe certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
• Strong communication and time management skills; experience with digital POS and shift reporting

Responsibilities

• Supervise store operations on opening, mid, or closing shifts and ensure cleanliness and prep targets are met
• Lead the team on the line during peak hours, coaching staff on speed of service and upselling
• Oversee cash handling, drawer counts, safe drops, and POS reconciliation
• Monitor product quality and inventory to control costs and waste
• Coach and train new team members on brand procedures and safety standards
