Subway in New York is seeking an energetic Shift Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, uphold brand standards, and drive profitability on peak shifts. This hands-on leadership role requires strong communication, guest focus, and operational accuracy.

You will supervise shifts, coach team members, manage cash handling, POS activity, and ensure food safety and quality while maintaining a fast, friendly service.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) experience, including at least 1 year in a leadership/supervisory role.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise store operations during opening, mid, or closing shifts, ensuring food prep and cleanliness targets are completed on schedule.
• Lead by example on the line during peak rush periods, guiding staff on speed of service, proper portioning, and active upselling.
• Oversee cash management, register drawer counts, safe drops, and POS shift reconciliation.
• Monitor product quality and inventory usage to control food costs and minimize waste.
• Coach and train new Team Members on brand procedures, safety protocols, and guest engagement standards.
