Qualifications

• Strong communication, time management and problem-solving skills; comfortable with POS and shift reporting.
• Experience in Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) environments is preferred.
• ServSafe certification preferred or willingness to obtain upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Supervise store operations during opening, mid, or closing shifts.
• Lead on the line during peak periods; guide speed of service and upselling.
• Oversee cash management, POS reconciliation, and register controls.
• Monitor product quality and inventory to control costs and waste.
• Coach and train Team Members on procedures and safety.
