Job summary

Subway Team in New York is seeking a Shift Manager who will focus on guest experience, quality food, and keeping the restaurant clean and welcoming. You will lead the shift and ensure equipment works smoothly.

You’ll cascade training to Sandwich Artists, supervise staff, manage inventory, schedule shifts, and complete paperwork as needed. A minimum of 1 year in a restaurant is required, with strong communication and teamwork to deliver fast, friendly service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a restaurant environment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
