Job summary

Shake Shack is seeking a restaurant leader to manage shift flow, supervise hourly team members, and support operational functions such as purchasing and inventory. You will participate in interviews and contribute to employee relations, maintaining high standards of safety and guest experience.

As part of a fast-growing hospitality brand, you will help build a high-performing team, mentor peers, and drive the Shack legacy of teamwork, learning, and community impact across our Jeffersonville site.

Qualifications

• Strong problem solving skills.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• At least 1 year of restaurant leadership experience supervising a team.
• Food Safety Certification according to local jurisdiction.

Responsibilities

• Manage the flow of service and direct the work of team members on a shift to ensure the highest levels of safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed.
• Help build and lead high performing team of hourly Team Members.
• May assist with operational support functions (i.e. Purchasing, Receiving, Inventory, etc.)
• Participates in applicant interviews and assists with employee relations.
