Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18+ (19+ where draft beer served).
• Cash handling, food handling, and customer service experience required.
• Knowledge of the English language, including grammar and usage.
• Knowledge of management principles, resource allocation, leadership, production methods.
• Ability to work at a fast pace.
• Ability to read and understand rules and instructions.
• Must be able to lift and carry 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assigns duties, responsibilities, and work stations to employees.
• Conducts on-the-job training for personnel in food preparation, service, sanitation, and safety procedures.
• Inspects supplies, equipment, and work areas for efficient service and conformance to standards.
• Collects payment from customers and calculates monetary exchange.
• Investigates customer complaints and resolves them.
• Directs, prepares and coordinates food or beverage preparation.
• Provides and portrays proper and professional customer service.
• Disciplines crew members when needed and manages performance.
• Performs opening and closing procedures and related duties.
• Balances cash receipts at end of day or shift.
