Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18 years of age in stores without draft beer; 19+ in stores that serve draft beer.
• Must have cash handling, food handling, and customer service experience.
• Must have knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services, including customer needs assessment and evaluating satisfaction.
• Must have knowledge of basic math and computer skills.
• Must have knowledge of the English language, including words and grammar.
• Must have knowledge of management principles involved in resource allocation, leadership, production methods, and coordinating people and resources.

Responsibilities

• Assign duties, responsibilities, and work stations to employees.
• Conduct on-the-job training for personnel in food preparation, service, sanitation, and safety procedures.
• Inspect supplies, equipment, and work areas for efficiency and standards.
• Collect and balance cash receipts at end of day/shift.
• Investigate and resolve customer or public complaints.
• Direct, prepare and coordinate food/beverage preparation.
• Provide professional customer service at all times.
• Perform opening or closing procedures as directed by managers.
• Perform administrative duties including prep and dough proofing sheets.
