Responsibilities

• Assign duties and work stations to employees.
• Conduct on-the-job training for food preparation, service, sanitation and safety.
• Inspect supplies, equipment and work areas for efficiency and standards.
• Collect payments and balance cash receipts.
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints.
• Direct and coordinate food or beverage preparation and service.
• Provide professional customer service and guidance to staff.
• Perform opening/closing procedures and administrative duties.
