Job summary

AES Restaurants, a Arby’s franchisee based in Northern Indiana, is seeking a Shift Manager to oversee restaurant operations on assigned shifts and guide team members to deliver outstanding service.

You will be responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction, managing cash and inventory controls, coaching staff, and meeting service and financial goals, with a focus on safety and compliance.
