AES Restaurants is seeking a Shift Manager for our Arby’s locations. You will oversee restaurant operations and steer team direction during assigned shifts, ensuring outstanding service and guest satisfaction.

You will be accountable for operations when management is not on site, driving performance and compliance with policies. You will lead training, coaching, and development of team members, while managing cash, inventory, and safety controls.

• Strong customer service focus with problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing costs, inventory and cash controls.
