Job summary

AES Restaurant Group, LLC, owner of Arby’s locations, is seeking a Shift Manager to lead restaurant operations during assigned shifts and ensure exceptional guest service.

You’ll coach team members, uphold standards, manage cash and inventory, drive service speed, and help attain financial goals with accountability. Must be reliable, able to stand 8–10 hours, and prioritize safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Must have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• ServSafe certification or able to obtain.
• Ability to stand for 8–10 hours; lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Ensure team provides outstanding service and guest satisfaction.
• Assist management with training and coaching team members.
• Utilize AES systems to run restaurant operations on shifts.
• Implement restaurant controls, especially cash and inventory.
• Set and meet restaurant goals for service, operations and financial results.
