Job summary

AES Restaurant Group, LLC, a proud Arby’s franchisee, is hiring a Shift Manager to oversee restaurant operations and direct team members during assigned shifts. You will carry full accountability for operations when management is not present.

Ideal candidates excel in leadership, coaching, and customer service, work in a fast-paced setting, and meet safety, cash, and inventory controls. This role supports part-time shifts with benefits including health insurance and PTO.

Qualifications

• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• ServSafe certification or ability to obtain certification.
• Ability to work in warm and cold temperatures.
• Ability to stand for 8-10 hours.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
• Ability to climb ladders for maintenance.
• Motion requirements: bending, squatting, twisting, pulling, reaching.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant operations and direct team during shifts to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Be fully accountable for operations during shifts when management is not present.
• Ensure outstanding service and guest satisfaction.
• Train and coach team members; run AES systems on shifts.
• Implement restaurant controls including cash and inventory; meet restaurant goals.
