Job summary

AES Restaurants, operator of Arby’s® locations, is seeking a Shift Manager to oversee restaurant operations and direct team members during shifts. You will be responsible for service quality, guest satisfaction and achieving targets when management is not present.

The role emphasizes leadership, training, cash and inventory controls, and adherence to safety and company policies. A reliable vehicle and ServSafe certification are required.

Qualifications

• Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• Must be ServSafe certified or capable of obtaining certification.
• Ability to work in warm and cold temperatures.
• Ability to stand for 8–10 hours.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to climb ladders for general maintenance.
• Ability to perform bending, squatting, twisting, pulling and reaching.

Responsibilities

• Ensure team members provide outstanding service to satisfy guests.
• Assist management with training and coaching team members.
• Utilizes AES systems to run a great restaurant on all shifts.
• Implements restaurant controls, especially cash and inventory.
• Sets and meets restaurant goals for service, operations and financial results.
• Oversee restaurant operations and direct team during assigned shifts.
