Job summary

Bally's Corporation in Mississippi is hiring for a security supervisor/leader responsible for protecting assets and ensuring guest service on the casino floor. You will verify high-value slot jackpots, monitor operations, and support on-duty supervisors and managers across departments.

The role requires a Mississippi Gaming Work Permit and a Bachelor's degree or 3–5 years of gaming operations experience. You will implement company policies, approve comps and credit within policy, and plan staff

Qualifications

• Mississippi Gaming Work Permit required.
• BA or 3–5 years of gaming operations experience.
• Knowledge of casino floor security and table game operations.

• Approves comps according to company policy.

Compensation:

Experience
