Job summary

Bally’s in the United States is seeking a security operations professional with strong guest service and casino floor awareness. The role involves verifying jackpots, approving credit extensions, and coordinating shift schedules for slots and table games to ensure smooth operations.

The candidate will assist on‑duty supervisors, protect assets, and advise on risk and player conduct while resolving guest concerns and authorizing comps as per policy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 3–5 years of experience in gaming operations.
• Ability to verify slot jackpots of $5,000+ and follow procedures.
• Knowledge of credit extension policies and procedures.
• Strong customer service and conflict resolution skills.

• Approves the extension or limitation of credit to customers in accordance with company policy and procedures.
• Plans and administers work schedules and assignments for slots and table games.
• Advises security and surveillance of problem players as appropriate.
• Resolves guest complaints as requested by any supervisor of any department.
• Approves comps according to company policy.

Compensation:

• $60,000 annual salary
