Riverwalkvicksburg in Vicksburg, Mississippi is seeking a supervisory employee for its Casino Services operations. The candidate will oversee cash transactions, ensure compliance with regulations, and maintain high levels of customer service. Responsibilities include hiring, training, and evaluating team members, as well as directly supervising staff on duty.
A high school diploma or GED is required, along with experience in handling money and proficiency with computers. Ability to obtain a Mississippi Gaming Commission Work Permit is a must.
Employee will supervise the day-to-day Casino Services operations to ensure that cash, chip, and check cashing transactions and procedures are properly enforced. Employee ensures the timely collection, accounting, recording, and safekeeping of funds. Supervise day-to-day operations of the Casino Services department including payroll, scheduling of supervisory staff, compliance of internal controls, state and federal regulations. Maintain a high level of guest service in all duties performed.
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); prior experience in handling large sums of money are preferred. A proven proficiency with computers and ten (10) key adding machines with some knowledge of computer keyboard are preferred. Must be able to enter data, read and interpret output from computer. Employee must have excellent guest and human relations skills.
