Bally’s Corporation is seeking a security-minded professional to support guest service and protect casino assets. The role involves assisting supervisors, handling credit approvals, jackpots, and comps, and coordinating schedules for slots and table games.

Requirements include a Mississippi Gaming Work Permit and 3–5 years in gaming operations, plus strong guest service and communication skills. This is a full-time on-site position at Bally’s.

Formación

• Mississippi Gaming Work Permit required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide superior service to guests and staff.
• Protect company assets and integrity at all times.
• Assist on-duty supervisors and managers across departments.
• Verify and approve all slot jackpots $5,000+ per procedures and controls.
• Approve extensions or limitations of customer credit per policy.
• Plan and administer work schedules for slots and table games.
• Advise security and surveillance on problem players.
• Resolve guest complaints as directed by supervisors.
• Approve comps according to policy.

• Plans and administers work schedules and assignments for slots and table games.
• Advises security and surveillance of problem players as appropriate.
• Resolves guest complaints as requested by any supervisor of any department.
• Approves comps according to company policy.

Compensation

• $60,000 annual salary
