Qualifications

• Ability to lead, motivate and supervise staff.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and staff.
• Proficiency in basic arithmetic and financial calculations.
• Opening or closing the business during their shift.
• Training new employees on procedures and standards.
• Ensure a clean and organized work environment.

Responsibilities

• Balancing cash registers, making bank deposits, and tracking daily revenues and expenses.
• Assigning tasks, coordinating employee responsibilities, and resolving issues during the shift.
• Monitoring inventory levels and ensuring stock is adequately maintained.
• Addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Adhering to company policies, procedures, and regulations including safety guidelines and financial standards.
• Communicating with staff and other managers, providing updates, and conveying information.
