Job summary

Hard Rock International is seeking a Shift Manager, Cage Operations at Seminole Brighton Bay Hotel & Casino. You will supervise cash operations under the Director of Cash Operations, balance registers, process bank deposits, and ensure smooth shift execution in a fast-paced casino environment.

Lead a team, handle guest inquiries, uphold safety and financial standards, and train new staff. The role requires strong leadership, clear communication, and the ability to resolve issues quickly while

Qualifications

Ability to lead, motivate and supervise staff.
Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and staff.
Ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
Proficiency in basic arithmetic and financial calculations.
Basic knowledge of POS systems and other relevant software.
Opening or closing the business during their shift.
Training new employees on procedures and standards.
Ensure a clean and organized work environment.
Assisting with other operational tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

Balancing cash registers, making bank deposits, and tracking daily revenues and expenses.
Assigning tasks, coordinating employee responsibilities, and resolving any issues that arise during the shift.
Monitoring inventory levels and ensuring that stock is adequately maintained.
Addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Adhering to company policies, procedures, and regulations, including safety guidelines and financial standards.
Communicating with staff and other managers, providing updates, and conveying information.
