Job summary

Hard Rock International is seeking a Shift Manager, Cage Operations at Seminole Brighton Bay Hotel & Casino. You will supervise cash operations under the Director of Cash Operations, balance registers, process bank deposits, and ensure smooth shift execution in a fast-paced casino environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to lead, motivate and supervise staff.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and staff.
• Ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
• Proficiency in basic arithmetic and financial calculations.
• Basic knowledge of POS systems and other relevant software.
• Opening or closing the business during their shift.
• Training new employees on procedures and standards.
• Ensure a clean and organized work environment.
• Assisting with other operational tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Balancing cash registers, making bank deposits, and tracking daily revenues and expenses.
• Assigning tasks, coordinating employee responsibilities, and resolving any issues that arise during the shift.
• Monitoring inventory levels and ensuring that stock is adequately maintained.
• Addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Adhering to company policies, procedures, and regulations, including safety guidelines and financial standards.
• Communicating with staff and other managers, providing updates, and conveying information.
